Gogri: On Wednesday, sevadeep had opened their first ever free education centre as a measure to help underprivileged poor students receive the fruits of education in Shradda Nagar.
Retired teacher Shri Dunbahadur Das, a recipient of the prestigious National Award, inaugurated the education center, who is also the director of SevaDeep. Co-director Abhishek Kumar and esteemed guests Chandan Yadav, Prahlad Kumar, Gautam Kumar, and Raghunandan Das attended the event.
Although unable to attend physically, Co-Managing Director Mr. Robin Smith made his presence felt through a video call, demonstrating his commitment to the cause. Nisha Kumari, an experienced educator, has been appointed as the head of the center. The inauguration marked the beginning of a series of centers that will be established under the sevadeep Foundation, all operating under the same society.
In a statement following the event, Director Shri Dunbahadur Das expressed his gratitude to everyone involved and emphasized the foundation's commitment to opening similar centers in the future. The aim is to extend educational opportunities to more deserving children, empowering them to build a better future for themselves and their communities.
